He took a video of my roof to show me I had hail damage from a storm and thus why my celiling was showing water damage. He gave me a very fair estimate. Andy came with roof samples and all licensing information the first day. The roof is beautiful. His crew did leave some nails and there were some minor repairs that need to be done to the roof lining. Andy came and fixed everything. Gutters went up fast. They replaced damaged wood behind the gutter and used hangers that are invisible. No nails through the gutter. They used a magnet to get all the nails that got away. They cleaned up very good. No trash left behind.

I did a lot of research before hiring Mo's to do a total roof replacement. I have had bad experiences with other contractors in the past. The roof that had to be replaced was only 11 years old and the previous contractor didn't do what we asked him to. Thus a new roof was needed. Andy met with us and I was very impressed. He provided a lot of his business information that other contractors had never done. Andy gave us an estimate and so we hired Mo Shingles. They replaced everything in one day. We had to have 27 boards replaced which is half of our roof. I also spoke with Amy on more than one occasion. I am so pleased with my new roof. The workers did an excellent job from start to finish, including the clean up. Andy was over here a few times throughout the day, and we even came in under the estimate. The owner of the company, Andy provided exceptional customer service, helpful advice and constant contact from the estimate all the way through to the completion of the installation. He was the only roofer from five companies who actually climbed on the roof and conducted a thorough inspection prior to providing an estimate. Andy then went above and beyond in reviewing the estimate with me. He was thorough in explaining the details and very patient with regard to answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Andy and Amy's roofing crew of Nico, Doug, Jose, Pita and more were phenomenal workers. They paid attention to small details, collaborated well together and delivered superior craftsmanship. In 2 days they finished a 4000 sq. ft. roof, a gazebo and a garage. These guys were outstanding and did an excellent job cleaning the property once the project was complete. Great team great results! This company is Awesome. They completely did the job in one day, they ripped the old roof off my house and shed, replaced 6 sheets of plywood and installed the new roof and cleaned the yard of nails and what not in about 14 hours. I had Andy with MO Shingles replace my asphalt roof. His crew completely removed the old shingles, and replaced all decking with even the smallest signs of water damage. They installed new shingles with drip edge and gutter apron completely around my house. Synthetic underlayment, new vents and ridge vents. Andy arrived with a ladder and walked the roof. He explained there was some delamination of the wood decking of the roof and there would need to be some repair. The other companies sent sales people to quote the job and give their pitch that they could have given over the phone. I wanted a tradesman to come and look at the job. Andy did that. I ended up needing a lot of decking replaced but was not blindsided by it because of Andy's inspection of the roof.
